Positive: Nice outlook

Negative: The unit required maintenance. The back doors would not open and my husband had to fix. The a/c on the 3rd room was not working and there was an attempt at a make shift alternative with a portable a/c and ducting out the back window. It was very noisy and could not be left on. The fan in the lounge room made a very loud noise when on which maintenance attended to.
