Summary: There is no lift at the property and we were on the third floor so this was a struggle with luggage. Main reception area and sitting rooms are beautiful and well maintained, however rooms are on the tired side, but ckean. Our toilet cistern leaked and would refill/top up every 40 minutes - this made for a terrible first nights sleep , I mentioned this to the receptionist the next morning and they said someone would look at it - this never happened and we were not updated on the problem or offered a room change - we turned the water off to the toilet after we got ready for bed - lucky my husband is handy 🙄
