We have a fantastic, tiled outdoor lounge area complete with a hammock nestled on the tree line, allowing you to relax in the heart of nature.
All bedrooms are roomy, with built in wardrobes and lots of space
The 1st indoor lounge room has a comfortable lounge and a Smart TV allowing you to watch free to air television or to access your Netflix account, or to start a new trial account for the duration of your stay.
The 2nd lounge room is large and open with comfortable lounges and books for you to peruse at your leisure, allowing an alternative for the whole family to relax in whichever way they see fit.
We have a large laundry, with a washing machine and dryer for your needs. There is also indoor and outdoor clothes lines should you prefer the breeze drying your washing.
This house is run on septic/grey water and as such it is VITAL that no fermented products or harsh chemicals are poured down the sinks or drains, there will be signs up for you to check at the property.
We of course provide all linen, bath / beach / hand / tea towels for your visit with us. Basic consumable items are provided for your assistance as a starter for your visit with us. Eg: coffee sachet, tea bags for each guest, toilet paper ( 2 rolls per toilet), shampoo/body-wash/conditioner & dishwashing powder, these are provided for short stay (1-2 days). Any additional items you require will need to be purchased by you
Please Note: This is a family friendly property, we are NOT an event, or party house. We do NOT have and will NOT cater for schoolies, bucks/hens parties, or other large social gatherings.

We are NOT A PARTY, EVENT, FUNCTION, PROPERTY. IT IS STRICTLY NO SMOKING. If you wish to use it for any of these reasons, we would ask you to book elsewhere as we do not condone or want these here. On booking, if you haven't already told us, we will ask for details of your group and information on your trip here to the coast. We do value our wonderful waterfront house and the well being of our neighbours. If we have reports of a party, event, function and / or complaints from neighbours, we will investigate and if necessary ask you to immediately vacate the premises. I cannot stress HIGHLY ENOUGH this is a high quality, luxury house for families, friends and small groups, who want a quiet peaceful time whilst they are here.
The cleaning charge for your stay is levied on a normal clean, if guests have left garbage, stains, rubbish, bottles, breakages, cigarette butts/smell/burns (which we will have cleaned or repaired) the guest/s will be levied for ALL ADDITIONAL CLEANING AND REPLACEMENT COSTS.
