The space:
The cottage has plenty of European provincial character; inside and out. Decorated with plush furnishings, chandeliers and luxurious bedding. Overlooks enchanting gardens with water feature and abundant birdlife.
Lounge / Dining: Comfortable velvet couches and armchair, decorative fireplace (electric), smart TV, dining table (up to 6 guests), lovely antique marble walnut credenza, chandeliers and mood lighting for an intimate home-cooked meal. Fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, sandwich press, microwave, toaster, plenty of kitchen utensils, crockery, glassware, cutlery, cheese boards, cooking implements, dishwasher.
Bed Room 1:
Master Bedroom (with air conditioner) on upstairs level has luxurious king bed with beautiful chandelier, smart TV, velvet furniture, its own bathroom with clawfoot bath and shower, and separate wardrobe. It has a Juliet balcony with outdoor setting which overlooks the beautiful back garden for a couple to enjoy morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening with its romantic lighting.
Bed Room 2: Downstairs large bedroom (with air conditioner) has king bed, and dressing table to get ready for that special event and overlooks the back garden and park with door opening to the outdoor terrace.
Bed Room 3: Downstairs bedroom (with air conditioner) has queen bed with French doors opening to the terrace, and an adjoining bathroom.
Separate Laundry washing machine and dryer. Ideal for a honeymoon retreat or a special weekend away, Parkview Cottage offers an opportunity to immerse yourself in the best that Montville has to offer!

Thank you for providing such a beautiful setting to celebrate my mum's 79th birthday! Parkview Cottage is spacious however cozy at the same time. The gardens to wander around are stunning, as are the birds and fish.
We loved all your special touches throughout the cottage, which made it extra special.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Absolutely beautiful venue inside and out. Gorgeous gardens perfect for the wedding photos. Everywhere you look there are little touches that you missed seeing at first. There was nothing else we needed, it was so well equipped. Love it!
PS. Thank you for the champagne and milk. The beds are also super comfortable.

Thank you for a wonderful weekend. The house is absolutely amazing, a real home from home. Facilities were fantastic and everything you need to hand. The little extra's were very much appreciated. Views were superb and it was so relating to just sit outside and enjoy the surroundings beautiful garden. We will definitely be back recommend your wonderful home to all our friends.

Had such a lovely time in pure serenity. The home was indulgent with homeware. Garden view was enticing. Credit to the landlord for such exceptional standards. The daily walk through the park to the shops was spiritual for us. Enjoy the birds, fish. Enjoy the scenery. Enjoy Comfort. We shall return.

A breathtaking residence, absolutely splendid for a few days of solitude! The rain was whimsical and the provided treats a wonderful surprise to enjoy by the crackling fireplace (mmm Tim Tams and hot choc!). We felt like kings and queens in the luxurious sleeping chambers surrounded by French dcor and overlooking the beautiful garden scape. Parkview Cottage overwhelmingly exceeded our expectations and we look forward to another memorable respite at what we now call our mountainside home.
