Las Catalinas is a unique and beautiful beach town intentionally designed for walking and biking. The house includes daily housekeeping, Concierge Service, access to the Beach Club, and more than 40 km of trails for hiking and mountain biking.
This three bedroom and three bathroom contemporary home is very open, bright and airy, and able to accommodate up to 9 guests. With the large pocket doors, windows and multiple balconies you won’t be able to miss our beautiful sunsets or the cool ocean breezes. The home is fully equipped and all rooms have ceiling fans, screened windows and/or doors and AC. The home can also be rented as a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom or a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom for reduced rates, based on availability.
Kitchen Dining - the open modern gourmet kitchen/dining area has ocean views, gas stove and extendable dining table that seats 9+ guests. The kitchen also has a terrace with a gas BBQ and additional seating if you prefer an “al fresco” meal.
Living room - views to both the ocean and the town plazas and a custom couch that turns into a king-sized bed. Folding doors close the room for privacy as an extra bedroom or family gatherings with the 48” TV.
Master suite - has amazing panoramic ocean views, a king bed and adjoining roof top terrace to enjoy your morning coffee and the stunning Guanacaste sunsets. Open your windows and terrace door and drift to sleep with the cool ocean breezes and sound of the ocean.
Guest bedroom second level - has a bunk bed with a full size bed and a single bed on top suitable for both children or adults. It also has a private terrace with partial ocean views.
Guest bedroom ground level - features a full size bed, additional private entry and is arranged with a queen bed and private bathroom. This private bedroom can be locked-off from the rest of the house and rented as a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom.
The Beach Club has a twenty five meter pool, a kids’ play pool, an adult quiet pool, and a 24 hour fitness center all with beautiful views of the ocean.
Playa Danta is the main beach at Las Catalinas Beach Town. The clear waters, warm temperatures throughout the year, makes it ideal for swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking, snorkeling, or just relaxing under the shade. Walk a little more at low tide and you will reach Playa Dantita (little Tapir) for a whole different experience in a small secluded caramel sand beach.
Las Catalinas is only 45 minutes from the Liberia International Airport and conveniently close to other resources on the Guanacaste coast.
