Come and stay and enjoy the Maroochydore hinterland. Nestled In Koala habitat, surrounded by trees with an abundance of wildlife. The property Is a quiet retreat away from everything but with everything on your doorstep. Local shops , cafes and takeaways a 5 min drive (Nambour and Woombye). Only 20 mins from the Sunshine coast airport, beaches and hinterland. Enjoy the fun at the Big Pineapple, drive up the scenic Blackall Mountain range for spectacular views or top up your tan.

The space
This spacious studio Is underneath the main house so you can enjoy your own privacy and have the freedom to do what you want. We live upstairs.
Enjoy the property to work, holiday, or study.
Featuring a double bed, small table and chairs, Smart TV-I apologize in advance but I don't watch TV (bring your Netflix details ;-))You will have unlimited Wi fi access, and there Is a selection of movies and books for your enjoyment.
Fan's and heater's can be provided. No aircon.
There is a breakfast buffet with a coffee machine, kettle and toaster. Sourdough and local condiments, or cereal for breakfast. There Is a fridge In the room. Milk will be provided. if you have any special dietary requirements please advise before arrival and I will accommodate the best I can.
You have your own bathroom with a bath, shower and toilet. Towels are provided.
I am on a septic system so please abide by the rules of what can be put down the drains.
Public transport Is not operational In this area. Best to come by car. I have a steep driveway with space for your vehicle (Free). You can walk to nearby Nambour and cut through the Koala Park which takes around 20 mins but be advised this is a strenuous walk as we are surrounded by hills.
The garden Is for your enjoyment also. feel free wander around or sit and relax and enjoy nature.
The studio has no windows as its a converted Rumpus room.
No pets please,(Sorry).
You will enter through the garage which Is my art studio. Please do not touch any of the art as it may still be drying- all completed work Is for sale, I also do commissions ;-)
Laundry facilities can be provided at a cost for long term accommodation.
I am happy to give you complete privacy or interact as much as you like.

Guest access
Guest access Is around the back of the property, with a key safe. Code will be provided for booking. We will make sure Security lights are on If you are late arriving. .Enter through the door sign posted. Your room and bathroom are to the right.
The workshop Is closed off. Please do not Enter.
The driveway is steep, Please drive slowly and take care.
