Perhaps the best room in the house is the rooftop entertaining area, which features a roof garden with slow growing Zoysia Matrella grass and those amazing views.
The living room offers more views with the massive glass wall and doors, and leads out to the deck overlooking the freshwater pool. The vertical garden wall on its own watering system provides improved air quality inside, not to mention the wow factor of a living room like no other.
For those who have to bring their work along on holidays there is also a study nook off the living room.

Yaroomba Beach borders Point Arkwright, which is a beautiful headland 2.5km south of Coolum Beach. There are fabulous rock pools alive with all kinds of sea creatures. The point is particularly popular for spear and rock fishing, and this spot is a favourite on the coast for surfers.
There is a wonderful bush track through the reserve that meanders along the headland cliff with lookouts to take in the beautiful coastline to the north and south. Picnic tables and viewing spots make this track a favourite for locals. A walk up Mount Coolum is another must do with a well constructed track that allows you to pick your pace.
