External Living | Private Pool & Beach Access This captivating sea-view residence lays in 1000m2 outdoor area and is embellished with a 60m² private swimming pool (1,40 meters deep, non-heated), a 5m2 children’s pool ( 0.40m2 depth), also boasting premium sun-beds. Grown-ups can lounge to their sun loungers before idling back for al fresco dining under sunset skies, on the shaded outdoor dining area. Three suites have direct access to the pool area. As a bonus, by renting this unique residence you have your own sun-beds & umbrellas at the Tsilivi Beach. There is sufficient parking space for up to 4 cars outside of the residence premises ( although this home is the perfect car-free holiday option). Offering a bespoke design, the exclusive Residence boasts six unique suites: each featuring their own entrance, a Living-Cum Lounge with sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom with king size bed & en suite bathroom, each flaunting a distinctive look and feel - featuring pool or sea views from the living room areas and can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests in real beds. The six available living rooms in each suite, feature sofa beds ( ground floor sofa beds are for two guests), were 9 more guests can be accommodated in the sofas. The maximum capacity of this residence is 21 guests.
