All windows are screened and there are shutters allowing for cool breezes of the river. There is a breakfast bench with chairs. Balcony at the front Unit has outdoor table and chairs where you can watch the sunset or the happenings on the river. 5 minute walk to Tewantin Noosa Harbour Marina where there are many lovely Restaurants, Markets on Sunday, wine bar, main Street Tewantin shopping centre is a 10 minute walk where you will find supermarket, chemist, various shops etc. If you are bringing your boat approx 30 metres from apartment is where you launch from. Everything is all at your door step,
