Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Location of being on the River was relaxing and the breeze provided some relief from the heat. Kitchen well equipped for cooking and the unit was spacious for 6 people. Easy car parking on the property. Reasonable walking distance to cafes at Noosaville. Great selection of games and books for reading.

Negative: The mattresses on each bed were terrible and need to be replaced. In one of the bedrooms it was bad enough that the occupants had to buy an air bed mattress to put on top of the existing mattress. No air conditioning at all in any rooms made sleeping uncomfortable during the heatwave conditions and due to rain the windows could not be left open as the rain would have come straight in. The fan in the main bedroom has a speed control issue which also made sleeping uncomfortable. The locks on the balcony security screen were faulty. The swimming pool was ok but the location of the pool on the property was not conducive to having a relaxing day by the pool as it is tucked away behind the garages. We also had to wash all the dishes and glasses before using the first time as they had not been properly cleaned by the previous tenants. There is no shared bbq area on the property.

Summary: Enjoyed the stay but expected better for the price paid. A few of us will need a chiro treatment.
