This beautiful 4 bedroom home is set on 6 acres surrounded by manicured grounds, with a huge 25 metre lap pool, with a cascading water slide, it has something for everyone.

The large media room / lounge, has a huge155 inch screen allowing you to watch free to air television or to access your Netflix account, or to start a new trial account for the duration of your stay. This is the media room that the younger and older members of your group will love
We have a large laundry, with a huge washing machine and dryer for your needs. There is also an outdoor clothes line should you prefer the cooling breezes drying your washing.
We of course provide all linen, bath / beach / hand / tea towels for your visit with us. Basic consumable items are provided for your assistance as a "starter for your visit" with us. Eg: instant coffee sachet, tea bags for each guest, toilet paper ( 2 rolls per toilet) , 3 in 1 shampoo/body-wash & dishwashing powder, these are provided for short stay (1-2 days). Any additional items you require will need to be purchased by you
PARKING
The property is on 6 acres so parking is not a problem at all. As well as areas near the house, we have four (4) undercover car. ports for parking your vehicles.
We believe we have the one of the finest Airbnb properties on the Sunshine Coast, with the location, facilities and attention to detail to make your family holiday or getaway, one to remember for ever.
Please Note: This is a family friendly property, we are NOT an event, or party house. We do NOT have and will NOT cater for schoolies, bucks/hens parties, or other large social gatherings.

We do have horse stables on site. If you wish to bring your own horse, then please make contact re arrangements and details for this. Penalties for bringing a horse that is not booked in.
We are NOT A PARTY, EVENT, FUNCTION, PROPERTY. IT IS STRICTLY NO SMOKING. If you wish to use it for any of these reasons, we would ask you to book elsewhere as we do not condone or want these here. On booking, if you haven't already told us, we will ask for details of your group and information on your trip here to the coast. We do value our wonderful house and grounds and the well being of our neighbours. If we have reports of a party, event, function and / or complaints from neighbours, we will investigate and if necessary ask you to immediately vacate the premises. I cannot stress HIGHLY ENOUGH this is a high quality, luxury house for families, friends and small groups, who want a quiet peaceful time whilst they are here.
The cleaning charge for your stay is levied on a normal clean, if guests have left garbage, stains, rubbish, bottles, breakages, damage, cigarette butts/smell/burns (which we will have cleaned or repaired) the guest/s will be levied for ALL ADDITIONAL CLEANING AND REPLACEMENT COSTS.
The house has a noise monitoring alarm fitted. Please note that the house noise alarm monitors the volume only, it does not record conversations at all. The noise alarm is a security device to ensure that the house is not used for parties, events or functions.
