A lovely large Queenslander home within close proximity to the local dog beach from Ngungun Street. Dogs have access to a fenced courtyard area plus a large shady deck that is fully enclosed. Only 50m to the beach and 150m to the pet friendly section of beach.
Dicky Beach Surf Club, which offers some great entertainment and meals, is about 150 metres away. The local Dicky Beach shops, including takeaways, restaurant, butcher, news agency, bottle shop and surf shop are just a short stroll away too. The beach house is also offering free unlimited Wifi to use at your leisure - what a bonus!
Enjoy easy access to the Sunshine Coast walking / bike track at the end of street - only 1.5km to Currimundi Lake along this walkway - an ideal morning or afternoon walk with the family and / or your pooch.
