Summary: Lovely room, but did not have a car park near room. Had to park away and carry luggage to room. Unfortunately the shower had hair left in the drain and communication was lacking with regards to having it removed. A very late reply, after 8.30pm to offer for it to be cleaned. Said they would discuss with management on a compensation IF I was ever to stay again.
