This property is located a short drive from Batemans Bay CBD, ideal for a relaxing weekend getaway or a family holiday to the coast. This is an original style older property but neatly maintained.
Layout: This apartment is a split level style with an open plan kitchen, lounge and dining table perfect for entertaining. The 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom are on the upper level of the house, the living in the middle with access straight out the back door to the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need.
Bedrooms: This apartment will sleep up to 6 People. Linen is included. Bedroom 1: Queen sized bed - with ensuite, Bedroom 2: Queen sized bed, Bedroom 3: 2 Single beds.
Bathrooms/Laundry: There are 2 bathrooms on the property. The main bathroom located on the upper level with toilet/shower. The large ensuite on bottom level with shower/bath/toilet and a separate toilet located near the laundry/living area on bottom level. The laundry is at the rear of the unit near the garage.
Outside: There is a small courtyard near the backdoor with direct access to the beach front. There is a BBQ for your convenience, located in the garage. An outdoor shower for you to wash off before coming back inside. Or just take a leisurely stroll to get the morning paper and a coffee at the local corner store.
Pets: Unfortunately pets are not permitted at this property.
