The entire property is divided into three levels:
at the entrance there is a living area, a well-equipped kitchen and a dining area; on this level we also have a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom;
on the upper level we have a second double bedroom with queen size bed, private bathroom, and access to the balcony with sea view;
on the lower level, however, two other bedrooms with double bed and private bathroom.
The villa accommodates up to 8 guests in total. It is perfect for small groups who love elegance and are looking for a place where comfort and luxury are not lacking.

Rental rules:
Minimum stay: 3 nights in low and mid season; 4 nights in high season; 6 nights in peak season.
The arrival time is fixed, between 3.00 p.m. and 8.00 p.m. unless a different agreement has been made in writing. The departure time is within 10.00 a.m.
A 50% of non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the arrival date.
A damage refundable deposit corresponding to the 20% of the total stay, in the form of an authorization to charge either a credit or debit card will be required upon arrival.
The property manager shall inspect the villa for eventual damages, missing items or anything out of the ordinary that could have been caused by the tenant or any person residing or invited in the propertyThe property manager shall return or release the security deposit within 10 days of departure provided that no costs or expenses of any kind are left unpaid, for whatever reason whatsoever.
