This Architecturally designed waterfront home is a short drive from the beachside resort of Mooloolaba and is a short distance to local restaurants and Kawana Shopping World.
Situated in the exclusive Sunshine Coast suburb of Minyama, you can enjoy all benefits of a beachside holiday and still be able to escape to the peace and quiet of your two storey villa.
Please note that we are not in a position to allow weddings or wedding receptions at this property.
Stays will incur an end of stay cleaning charge of $150 if property is not left in a reasonably clean and tidy condition. This charge will be taken off the bond. Linen is not supplied, but is available for hire. Costs for linen are $30 per single bed and $45 per double or queen bed. Beds will be made up and towels provided for your stay if hired.
Bins are provided for all rubbish and recycling. Bins must be put out Monday night or early Tuesday morning. Please ensure bins are placed on nature strip for collection at the end of your stay. In the case of full bins, excess rubbish is the responsibility of the guest. Excessive rubbish not able to be collected will incur an additional charge for removal.
Unfortunately due to inappropriate behaviour of some guests this house is not available for parties.
Enjoy Indoor/Outdoor Living at its finest. This is truly a home that has been designed to blend both indoor and outdoor living. Swim in the wet edge pool, relax on the terrace overlooking the canal, fish from the pontoon, or enjoy a barbeque with family and friends. We also have 2 kayaks and safety jackets available for you to use on the canals.
Inside the home you have two living areas, each with a flat screen television. The lounge has a surround sound home theatre. The kitchen is fully equipped with an ice making fridge which also gives cool filtered water, and another small fridge is located in the garage for your use. Large esky can also be provided if needed.
Downstairs has two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and has sliding doors opening out onto a private terrace where you can relax with an early morning coffee or late night drink. The master bedroom also has a walk in robe and en-suite with spa bath. The second downstairs bedroom has a double + single bunk combination and another single bed.
The well-equipped laundry has a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also a toilet downstairs.
Upstairs there are 3 additional bedrooms, two with queen beds, and the third bedroom has another double + single bunk combination.
There is a bathroom with shower and bath and separate toilet upstairs.
There is a 3 night minimum stay at this property. If you wish to stay two nights then there is a surcharge of $250. We do not cater for overnight stays.
