We would love to welcome you to Mt Coolum Hideaway!
Perched amongst the treetops, with the mountain at your back door is this three story retreat, with spectacular hinterland views from the expansive front deck and the beach only 2 km away.
This property has five bedrooms, two separate indoor living areas, and a huge deck providing the perfect getaway for small and larger groups alike. The oversized main bedroom with king bed and ensuite captures the incredible hinterland views.
First level - Entertainment room with table tennis and board games. This large entertainment space has an industrial feel with a polished concrete floor which keeps the room cool throughout the year.
Second and main level - Kitchen, living, dining, bathroom, toilet, laundry, three bedrooms, deck and pool. This level is where you will live and entertain. There are multiple spaces for your family to enjoy. Lie in our hammock on our front deck or swim and enjoy our pool with amazing hinterland views. We have a fully equipped kitchen with a range of appliances for your convenience.
Third level - Single room/office, main king bedroom and ensuite. The main bedroom has a king size bed, walk in robe and amazing views.
We are very close to the Sunshine Coast Airport, a few minutes from the beach, less than 10 minutes to Maroochydore and under 30 minutes to Noosa.
*No school leavers/schoolies groups will be accepted.
*Please make an enquiry for groups of 7-10 as we are a strict no party zone and will rarely accept large groups of adults.
*We have a 3 - 5 night minimum stay during peak periods/school holidays and ask that you initially enquire rather than request to book during these times.
*All booking requests will need to answer screening questions.
*We require a copy of current ID (preferably license) at time of booking for insurance purposes.
*Booking requests are not confirmation as this home is not suitable for all groups. Large groups of adults may not be appropriate due to noise limitations.
HOUSE RULES are as follows:
*No parties.
*No noise after 10pm.
*No additional guests allowed - all guests must be registered at time of booking. Any changes or additional guests or visitors must be authorized by property manager or owner.
* Please be aware that there is a very strict NO SMOKING policy on the property.
*No high heels to be worn inside house.
If guests do not comply with these rules they will be asked to leave and no refund will be provided.
We also wish to advise that we have external security cameras installed In order protect our home and to monitor guest numbers and noise.
