Summary: The service when I entered the room was nice and professional as well as the housekeeper ladie. However, the staff in the office the morning 11/30/2025 at 8 am was extremely rude . I paid for a breakfast and called to for it be ordered. I went to ask and the lady in the office was extremely rude and condescending. I mentioned that when I arrived that a young man helped and was there at night. She said that no young man works at night. So I went to look for my receipt and that is when she magically said she found the order . Never received my order. Will not be going back.
