Wi-Fi is available, but it's important to note that Vodafone does not operate in the area, and other mobile networks can be limited or patchy in Agnes Water & 1770.
Additionally, due to the location and surrounding flora and fauna, it's possible to encounter wildlife such as bugs, lizards, frogs, and birds on the verandah and in garden areas.
