You will LOVE our home because-
Raked ceilings and louvers create an amazing cross flow breeze which work in tandem with the tinted windows and insulation.
The large outdoor living space looks out over the pool area and enjoys easy access from the living area.
They say that the kitchen is the heart of the home and this is truly one to behold. Those with all levels of culinary skill will instantly feel a sense of belonging. With ample storage available, the large stone bench top is free for you to really capitalise on the wonderful entertaining options that this property provides.
The home is comprised of 3 spacious, well-appointed bedrooms with a separate study and media room

We use hotel quality linen through a professional laundering service, all bedding, bath towels/mats, tea towels etc. are provided and included in the cleaning fee.

The windows in the Master Bedroom are tinted but their are NO window coverings - i.e. Blinds, Shutters or Shades. The other 2 bedrooms containing queen and double beds have plantation shutters.
Please note that the pool is solar heated but not electronically boosted, meaning whilst it is a heated pool the temperature is still subject to weather conditions. Multiple factors will impact upon the temperature of the swimming pool during the winter months. On average solar pool heating will increase your pool temperature by 5 – 15 degrees than it's current temperature.
