Positive: Pool was nice. Restaurant bar convenient.

Negative: They were very slack with tidying up around common areas re garden and pool area. Empty glasses sat on the small poolside tables for hours on end along with our plates . We had a steak sandwich at 1.15pm and our plate was still sitting there uncollected at close to 5pm along with other guests glasses. Pool towels had no return credit type system so people were just leaving wet towels everywhere, over pool fencing on the lawn and also on the lounges even though there were laundry baskets nearby to return towels. At no point over to 2 days did any staff member venture into the pool surrounds to clear plates and glassware. Nor did they pick up the towels. Obviously it was done after hours. Not a great look to guests having that mess everywhere. We were also quite annoyed and rushed when our booked in wake up call did not happen. Luckily I woke up 20 minutes later or we would have possibly missed our early morning flight home. No apology from staff really. Probably would give this place a miss to be honest.
