The house sits on a 3000 m2 block of land, lots of room for the kids to run around and play. The rear deck is a lovely spot to sit back and just unwind with a cuppa or a glass of wine.
The ground level consists of open plan kitchen, dining and living area with a two way open fireplace, perfect to relax by on a cold winters day by. Also downstairs is a rumpus room with a table tennis table, one double bedroom and bathroom
Upstairs there is a landing area with sofa and television. There are two double bedrooms and one bunk room with two sets of bunks and 2 trundle beds and a bathroom.
Linen is not provided, but can be organised through an external company at an additional cost.
Ample parking is available with a circular driveway and carport.
This is a perfect spot for a family holiday or friends to get together.
