Pelican Quays is a gorgeous, newly renovated apartment located along the Maroochy River. You'll be treated to private off-street as well as free on-street parking. Step inside and discover the open planned, stylish spaces filled with natural light.
The dining area features a beautiful 6-seater table with a high chair for little ones. Continue through to the well-equipped kitchen which features all your entertaining essentials including contemporary appliances, cookware and crockery and bucket loads of bench space.
The generous living room, perfect for all guests, invites you to relax on a comfy couch, enjoy a movie night on the smart TV or enjoy a BBQ in the sunshine on the small adjoining patio. The outdoor seating is limited to a two-seater, so you might need to engage in a little game of musical chairs to secure your spot in the sun.
The main kitchen-laundry combo offers a washing machine, and there is a clothes line on the master bedroom balcony for drying clothes and your beach towels.
Pelican Quays can sleep up to 6 guests. The master bedroom features a queen size bed, ensuite bathroom, robe and a private balcony. Two individually themed guest bedrooms also feature queen size beds.
