The quiet 'best kept secret' of Newell is a local beachside community with secluded holiday houses tucked in between the beach lovers residences with many drawn here to live near, or on the beautiful and expansive 2.5 kilometres of Newell Beach.
The open plan design captures sensational sunrises over the water from the East with the open plan design embracing a picture perfect backdrop to the West encasing magnificent sunsets that fall behind the sugarcane fields and the majestic mountains of the Great Dividing Range.
White washed floors throughout blend with a connecting deck to the poolside and out to the inviting pavilion style extension. With cool natural tiles chosen for this space you enter into a separate living area from the main house, through to the bathroom and out to a 3rd very generous bedroom, from here there's a private sundeck overlooking a manicured tropical garden and the lush signature sugarcane fields that depicts this beautiful region of Far North Queensland.
The inviting 15 x 4 metre wet-edge fully tiled swimming pool was designed to compliment the expensive timber deck in colour hues of 'Lime Punch' this is an picture postcard pool that captures the warm tropical sun all day long and protected at the shallow end by a shade sail.

After 45 minutes along the magnificent Captain Cook Highway you will go through the roundabout passing the Port Douglas turn off, continuing on past the sugarcane fields through to the township of Mossman. Bathers Beach House is just a further 5 minute drive North.
To go back into the township of Mossman from Marine on Marine beach House it's just 5kms where you will find all amenities, including Woolworths, two medical Centres, a Dentist and the beautiful heritage listed Mossman Hospital Circa 1930 with amazing staff.
The bustle of Port Douglas is just a 20 minute drive South where you'll find boutique shops and a myriad of restaurants to choose from, along with the Crystalbrook Marina, shops and restaurants.
Every Saturday there's the local Mossman Market, followed by the Port Douglas Market every Sunday, both are a must see.
