Upon entry you are met with a large 3 seater leather couch and a 55 inch tv. Additionally, in this open plan living space you will find to the left a baby grand piano and a 4 seater dining table.
A fully equipped kitchen is at your disposal.
Situated next to the kitchen is a Nespresso coffee machine with all you need to get started in the morning.
The second living room offers a 3 seater sofa bed which can accommodate an additional guest if needed. You will also find a bookshelf stocked with a variety of literature.
The laundry just off the second living space and offers a washer, dryer and iron for your convenience.
The master suite features your very comfortable king bed with fresh white linens and another 55inch Smart TV. A dedicated work station and a walk in robe.
Located at the front of unit you have a private courtyard which wraps around the side of the unit and provides additional seating and a grassed area for your furry friends. You also have a outside daybed outside for lazy days in the sun.
You will have access to the entire lower level unit. Including private front and side court yard. 2 tandem parking spaces to the right of the home.
Please note the rear door through the Laundry is locked as no entry is permitted to the back yard.

Located in the sunny Redcliffe Peninsula, approx 1.4km to Margate Beach and the Margate shopping village approx 1.1kms away.
For dog lovers there is the Kroll Gardens dog park conveniently located 1.5kms away on the same street.
Margate offers great cafe’s, beautiful beach scenery and a wonderful beach walking track that spans the peninsula.
Located right out the front is a bus stop and there is plenty of additional street parking. You have 2 tandem parking spaces on the driveway to the right.
Please note: there are 2 separate units located within the building, the only shared space is the drive way for parking.
As this unit is located on the lower level of the home, you may hear noise from the upstairs unit sporadically.
We ask all guests to be mindful of noise as there are other guests enjoying their stay.
Please do not have pets on the couch or on the bed. Our place is suitable for a maximum of 2 pets. No vaping or smoking inside the apartment. We are happy for you to smoke/vape out front or in the courtyard.

We expect the place to be kept clean and tidy, as you would your own home. This helps us keep the price down. An excess cleaning fee will apply if left in an unacceptable state.
