The villa is divided in 3 separate areas to guarantee privacy: the ground floor as a living space, with its equivalent outside, an independent two bedroom apartment with living room, kitchen, bathroom and terrace, and the upper floor with the master bedroom, 2 guest rooms with a shared bathroom, ansd a shared terrace with stunning view on swimming pool and the infinite sea. The interiors of the villa are modern and fully air-conditioned (cold or hot, depending on the season). The large living room, open to the sea and swimming pool with large windows, as a relaxation area with many chairs and sofas, and a dining area, with an open kitchen, table and chairs. The kitchen is equipped with an electric hot plate, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, oven, microwave, dishes, pots, coffee machine and everything you need to prepare your meals.
– Description of the villa –
Villa (up to 6 guests): on the upper floor, the three bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed. The master bedroom enjoys an en-suite bathroom, while the two other bedrooms share one with a bathtub. The master bedroom and the next bedroom share a vast balcony with a stunning seaview.
Independent apartment (up to 6 guests): on the lower floor, a large living area with a double sofa bed, an open equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, each with a double bed and a terrace, a shared bathroom with shower, a washing machine and a dryer.
All bedrooms are equipped with closets and AC. Your sleep is protected by mosquito nets.
There is a large swimming pool (about 12 x 5 meters, up to 2.40 meters deep), open from the beginning of May to the end of November, ideal to cool off, with a water recirculation system with sand filter for your maximum hygiene. The swimming pool is professionally maintained for your maximum hygiene.
The villa is located in a quiet and exclusive area: Porto Heli is the St-Tropez of continental Greece. In a radius of 5 kilometers there is a variety of sandy, rocky and pebble beaches, various restaurants, ferries to and from Athens and nearby islands, and boat rental services with or without a skipper, and a supermarket.
A car is recommended; however, Porto Heli (or alternatively the neighboring town Ermioni, and its popular weekly fresh market on Thursdays) can also be reached by public speed boat from Piraeus/Athens(reachable from Athens International Airport by public bus or taxi) in 2:30 to 3 hours. The international Airports of Athens and Kalamata are reachable by car in 2:30 to 3 hours.
Many ancient and archaeological sites, including Corinth, Epidaurus and Mycenae, are reachable within a one or two hour drive.
🛏️ Sheets, duvets and towels are not included. If you don't want to bring them with you from home, regardless of the length of your stay, you can rent them for €20 per person. Beach/pool towels are not provided.
🧽 Final cleaning is not included and costs €140, unless you clean yourselves before departure.
