Please note that whilst we can sleep up to 11 this is not a Party House and is suited for larger family groups rather than groups of individuals sorry.

Bedroom Two: Queen Bed with TV
Bedroom Three: 2 sets of bunks (sleeps 4)
Bedroom Four: One double bunk bed on the bottom and single on the top.
All linen is provided including beach towels.
All bedrooms are equipped with Heating and Aircon.
Please note that with the high ceilings and flow of air the living spaces don't have aircon.
The house is lovely and open plan whilst still having enough space to keep everyone happy. A pool table provides plenty of entertainment after a hot day in the sun. With plenty of local parks nearby for a picnic there isn't a shortage of things to do in Noosa.
Our home is located on a very quiet cul-de-sac where it is not uncommon to see the local children playing back yard cricket. With an abundance of parks within 5 minutes walk and the canal only a minutes walk it is the best spot to drop in a kayak and head off.
The fabulous cafes, shops and bars on the River at Gympie Tce are approximately 15 minutes walk while Noosaville shops and supermarkets on Gibson Road will take around 10 minutes walk. There is a local bus service in Noosaville servicing Noosaville, Noosa Heads, Noosa Junction and Tewantin.
