Captain Alex villa 1 is a Luxurious Ground Floor Villa, with 4 bedrooms (3 main large bedrooms + 1 support smaller bedroom) and 3 bathrooms. In one bedroom there is an en suite bathroom (that has also hydromassage column) whereas there are also 2 more bathrooms for the rest of the bedrooms (not en suite). In the villa there is a fully equipped modern kitchen, a large living room, a gym corridor (with treadmill, cross trainer, exercise bike, table soccer and others), a sauna-spa-hydromassage room and inside one of the bedrooms there is a luxurious massage chair that does full body massage like a professional! We also provide in the small bedroom a TV-Videogame station for the entertainment of both kids and adults with over 1000 video games.
Outside, there is a lovely looking garden, with olive trees, barbeque, large 51 sq.m. pool with inside jacuzzi, also exterior jacuzzi, and lastly exterior ping-pong.
The villa can accommodate with ease 8 pax (plus around 2-3 more with extra beds and sofa beds if need be).
The villa, although is Ground floor, (the upper floors are not included), is completely separate and private, and its premises (garden and parking area and pool area) are for the sole use of the clients. Due to the fact that is Ground Floor villa, the villa is very friendly for people with special needs. We offer a portable ramp that is usable everywhere to help people with special needs/elderly people in a wheelchair.
The neighbourhood of Dassia in general is a very friendly neighbourhood, with lots of places of interest and a great aboundancy of shops. Near 200m. of the villa, there are supermarkets, restaurants, bars, places to rent a car, or rent a moto, even hair salon and others.
Furthermore, Agios Nikolaos - Krevatsoula area where the villa is situated, is very quiet with very beautiful houses and other villas, and in 100m. from the villa, via a private passage which starts inside of the villa, you can go to the beach, which has clear waters and you can also take the private kayak we offer to you and paddle through the pictuesque bay of Dassia to collect many nice images to make your vacation unforgettable.
