- 🕒 Check-in: Ready from 3:00 pm. Coming early? Let us know, and we`ll see if we can get you in sooner.
- ⏰ Check-Out: All good things must end by 11:00 am, but if you ask us about late checkout in advance, we may be able to help you out!
- 🆔 Passport Required: For check-in, we’ll need a copy of your passport or GCC ID card, as per UAE law.
- 💵 Dubai Government Tourism Fee: As per UAE law, there’s an AED 10 fee per night for all hotel and short-term rental stays. It’s already included in your booking, so you don’t need to pay anything extra!
- 🔓 Digital Smart Lock: We use the `Keyless` digital smart lock to ensure your safety and security. We`ll show you how to use it before your stay.

- 🕒 Check-in is at 3:00 pm, and check-out is at 11:00 am, but we’re happy to be flexible! If availability allows - meaning no other guests or cleaning conflicts - we’d love to offer you an early check-in or late check-out at no extra cost. Just give us a heads-up!
- 👮♂️ Guest IDs: To comply with UAE law, we kindly ask for a copy of your passport or national ID (GCC citizens) before check-in. This helps us register you with the Dubai Tourism Department and the building management for a smooth check-in process.
