Entire home accessible other than garage.
Direct beach access. Swimming nets a few minutes walk from the home (swimming nets must be used as crocodiles inhabit all of Far North Qld oceans).
Kewarra Beach Resort is only a short stroll from the home, along the beach/foot path. They provide yoga, massage, breakfasts and dinners and also a 'The Beach Shack', which comes alive on a Friday and Sunday from 4pm til late (closed in the wet season). Here, you can enjoy some live music, a beverage or two and meal from the food vans that come along. Set upon the sand, overlooking the ocean, this venue can be quite breathtaking and lots of fun!
Wild Yeast cafe, only 4 minutes by car, makes an amazing coffee croissant and sourdough bread! Coles Supermarket is an 8 minute drive from the home. Cairns Airport and CBD 20 minutes away. 10 minutes north, provides the famous Palm Cove Beach with award winning cafes, restaurants and boutique shopping. When the tide is out, you can ride your bike or walk there (foot paths most the way).
Double carpark available outside of enclosed carport - Enclosed carport will not be accessible to guests.
Other things to note
This is our private residence where we live. We open it up to guests for one week of each school holiday period, so others can enjoy this stunning location and home. We appreciate the home is looked after and our personal items respected.
Please note, there is also a children's 'Funky Monkey' play gym located in the backyard. it is a lot of fun and equiped with monkey bars, climbing apparatus and swings. Please supervise children at all times when using the climbing structures and swimming pool. We naturally take no responsibility for accidents that may occur.
