It is the ground level of our hi set home, whist we live upstairs it is totally independent with separate entrance and back doors, undercover parking,free wifi and Netflix,
The unit consists of an open lounge with dining set and kitchenette, with toaster, jug ,oven, dishwasher, electric hot plates, full size fridge, microwave, brand new air con in lounge and bedroom, wall mounted TVs in both rooms, ceiling fans throughout, the bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed with a built in robe.
