*Location*
This multi-level, beach house is located in Fingal Bay, a quaint coastal town home to one of the most beautiful beaches in NSW - Fingal Bay beach. The property itself is only a street away from the beach, meaning a 3-minute stroll will have you at the water’s edge. In summer, the pristine beach is patrolled by lifesavers, and in winter you’ll often be lucky enough to have the beach all to yourself. Protected at one end, Fingal Bay beach is perfect for calm ocean swimming and water sports. A lovely walk along the sand brings you to the spectacular Fingal Spit to Shark Island. There are also 3 fantastic and slightly more remote surf beaches nearby, if waves and surfing are more your thing.

The sleepy town of Fingal Bay is surrounded by natural bushlands, known as the Tomaree National Park. There are fishing options galore, walking and bike tracks (bike rental available in town), a bowling club, restaurant, general store, café by the beach, friendly Slsc and a takeaway store.

Nearby (within 10 mins) are Shoal Bay and Nelson Bay, each offering even more cafes, restaurants, pubs, bushwalks, homewares stores and, of course, beaches. Whale and dolphin watching, water park, camel rides, sand dunes, shark and ray aquariums, and climbing Tomaree Mountain are more activities in the area that may take your fancy. Nelson Bay also claims to have the best fish and chips in NSW - taste for yourself!

*The House*
This spacious home is freshly painted and refurbished; perfect for an extended family holiday or a group getaway with friends. Uniquely, the upper level is the main living area, with air conditioning, polished floorboards, a ceiling fan, a 65-inch TV (Netflix available, and Wi-Fi for your own streaming services) and a glass dining table with wooden chairs. There is a well-equipped kitchen complete with a dishwasher and coffee machine, and an undercover balcony with large BBQ. The upper level also has 3 carpeted bedrooms, each with their own ceiling fans, plus a modern bathroom with a bath and shower. The toilet is separate.

On the lower level there are another 2 carpeted bedrooms with ceiling fans, a games room with a pink pong table (it’s more fun than you remember), and another living area. Glass sliding doors lead out to a paved outdoor area with a fire pit (wood supplied) and an enclosed backyard. Downstairs has its own modern bathroom with shower. The house also has a laundry complete with a washing machine and dryer.
