This one bedroom apartment has been seamlessly styled, welcoming guests into a modern and relaxing space with living plants to promote healthy living. It accommodates pets with easy to clean floor, easy indoor/outdoor access. Great for those who don't want the challenge of stairs.
Located in close proximity to Racecourse Village, Portside Wharf and Racecourse Road, this apartment is perfectly positioned within the peaceful suburb of Ascot. Plus, it's just a 10-minute drive to arrive on the doorstep of both international and domestic airports.
The apartment is furnished with a Queen Size bed and high-end comfortable mattress for a restful sleep. Other guests rave about how comfortable the beds are. This is an important aspect of the stay.
Inside the kitchen you'll find all the silverware, pots, pans and plates. We have an induction cooktop, microwave however no dishwasher. We have a washer/ dryer combo which can wash and dry your clothes within 1.5 hours quietly.
This home away from home includes all the everyday items needed to make your stay more comfortable. You'll have access to small, yet important things like an iron, fluffy towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner and a washer/dryer combo.
Pet Friendly: We accommodate for pets. We supply a dog bed, two dog bowls and a dog blanket. This apartment does not have a secure outdoor area so your doggo will be inside with you or until you get home. There is a grassy verge area 5 metres away for your doggo toilet. Please note, if you have a barking dog that stresses easily if you aren't there, unfortunately, we can not accommodate. Peace and quiet is upmost importance for our other guests. In the event we have a barking dog, we will need to cancel the accommodation.
PET GUIDELINES
+ No pets on furniture or including beds.
+ No pet blankets to be washed in washing machine. This can be undertaken at Leonies 1km away.
+ All pet poop must be collected from garden when vacating.
+ Respectfully, if the guidelines aren't followed, additional cleaning charges will be applied and replacement of linen and towels.
LITTLE HUMAN GUIDELINES
+ No use of glitter pens, glitter, pens in bed, on couches or any other type of furniture. Linen that has pen on them will need to be replaced.
+ No nail polish or permeant markers to be used in the house.
+ Any holes in the walls and broken homewares must be paid for.
