Kailani is very nicely presented family home, located in Owens Place Bulwer, is a quiet part of town. Great sized backyard for kids, nice sized deck for parents to it back and relax. Short stroll to Bulwer Wrecks.
One main bathroom, plus main bedroom has a walk in robe and ensuite. Great sized kitchen overlooking the deck and large grassed back yard.
With 3 bedrooms this home will suit a family of 6 quite nicely, with 2 bedrooms with queen beds, and a third bedroom with a set of bunks for the kids.
Handy to the beach at Bulwer, and close to Castaways shop and the Bulwer Wrecks.
This home does rely fully on sunshine for solar power and has tank water throughout.
