The house is stone built. It has a total area of 70 m2. On the floor there is the main bedroom. On the ground floor there are two sofas and one sofa becomes a double bed. There is a wood burning fireplace. It has two WCs, a fridge, a kitchen, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a microwave oven and a small library. It has free wifi, TV as well as 2 air conditioners. & 2 fans. On the first floor there is a balcony with a wonderful unique view.

The house is situated in a well-developed area of 5 acres, next to the village of Achladochori, full of olive trees and fruit trees. There are many facilities in the estate (and for children's activities hammocks, etc.) that can be used by guests. The surrounding area is stone-built and has several paved alleys, cobbled streets, benches, in levels. There are two stone tables, a barbecue and a wood oven. A covered loggia with a large wooden table where you sit & admire the Messinian Gulf and the Taygetos. There is a stone grape press, similar to the old. The estate is certified for the production of organic products. Guests can participate in the grape harvesting process. They can taste that fruit is mature at the time they live there. There is a complete lighting network for the whole estate and the possibility of full or discreet lighting. In the winter the fireplace is fed with our own olive trees.There is & a small tree house for our little friends.
The property also has a detached veranda with a monastery style roof where you can relax and enjoy a spectacular view of the Taygetos mountains and the Messenian Gulf. At night you can see fishing boats, the Kalamata city lights across the Gulf, the lights of other sea villages and the reflection of the moon over the sea.
It is located about 20 km from Kalamata Airport and 25 km from Kalamata Hospital.
