Sun-drenched terraces feature bespoke double sunbeds and stylish lounging areas, while guests also enjoy reserved private sun loungers directly on the beach. Fully equipped outdoor kitchens in both residences—featuring sink, mini fridge, and electric BBQ—create the perfect setting for relaxed meals by the water. Sea-facing decks provide breathtaking sunset views, offering front-row seats to the sun dipping behind the Fortezza Fortress each evening. Designed on single-level layouts and spanning approximately 145m² each, the residences blend modern comfort with understated coastal elegance. Refined furnishings, contemporary amenities, and dedicated work areas ensure both comfort and functionality throughout. Each residence accommodates up to six guests in real beds, with the option to host two additional guests on sofa-bed configurations formed by two single sofa beds within one bedroom, plus two children on sofas in the living areas—making the dual property ideal for larger families or groups travelling together. All bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers, while additional shared bathrooms off the living areas provide extra convenience. Family bedrooms include flexible sofa-bed arrangements with discreet separation and mini fridge features for added privacy. Baby cots can be accommodated in selected bedrooms upon request. Accommodating up to 16 guests in real beds and the two sofa beds, plus up to 4 additional children in the living-area sofas, the residences comfortably host a maximum of 20 guests.
