A stunning stone house, fully equipped, amidst lush trees and flowers. It has a large courtyard with garden, hammock, dining room and barbecue. The living room is unified with the kitchen and the entire house is dominated by the architecture of Pelion. The house has two bedrooms and there is a large balcony with a view of the forest and the sea. The ski center is open throughout the winter and is within 15 minutes drive, while the road is very good.
The house is fully furnished. For the winter months, apart from the standard heating provided by the oil heaters, there is a wonderful fireplace as well as a fully functional traditional wood stove.
Our guests will stay on the upper floor of the house. It is completely separated from the lower floor. There is a living room, two equipped bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. The floor has its own balcony with great view and of course there is access to the courtyard of the house. There, our guests can enjoy their coffee breakfast, lunch or dinner. There is a limited parking area on the adjoining larger plot of the house, which is accessible with off-road 4X4 car during non-snow seasons. and, alternatively, when the weather does not allow it due to snowfall, there is an outdoor public parking area under Agios Athanasios Square, where the bus terminal is also the end of the bus, and it is 5 minutes walk from the house.
