Your family is close to everything when you stay at this centrally located townhouse in a quiet cul-de-sac. Only a stone's throw to Pottsville's excellent selection of village shops, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, as well as the stunning tidal creek and beach. Enjoy the large backyard with outdoor dining, fire pit and entertainment area. Three bedrooms with a king bed, queen bed and 2 triple bunk beds for the kids.
Pottsville is one of those beautiful little coastal towns that hasn't yet been overrun by tourists.. no traffic lights... one main street. A stunning tidal creek and beaches for miles. The perfect family getaway, with all the creature comforts of a city; amazing coffee spots and choices for food. Only a 7 minute drive to world class Cabarita surf beach and headland. Centrally located 30 minutes drive from Byron Bay & Gold Coast airport.
This is a family friendly accomodation, ideal for one or two families with kids who want to explore and enjoy the beautiful surrounds of Pottsville and Northern NSW.
Other things to note:
This is also my home. It is your home away from home, a lovely beach house that has been mostly renovated. Some areas are still a little unfinished, such as painting, but overall the place is very clean, spacious and cosy. There is reverse cycle airconditioning in every bedroom and in the the downstairs open plan kitchen/living which makes my place super comfortable and enjoyable at any time of year.
Sleeps 6 - 10 (there are 2 triple bunks, which could sleep up to 6 kids).
I kindly ask that you are respectful of the other neighbours in this complex as most of them are long term owners or tenants. The pool is available to be enjoyed, although please be mindful of the rules and especially when there are other children in the vicinity. There are three visitor parking spaces available within the complex next to Unit 9 (on the right when facing towards the pool from the street at the entrance). However, there is also free parking in the cul-de-sac, just please observe any signs restricting parking at certain spots/times of day.
As the townhouses are within close proximity of the others, please be respectful of noise, especially after 9pm. This is a quiet and peaceful, highly residential area which is very family orientated. Therefore no loud music and/or parties will not be tolerated. No bucks or hens weekends - there are plenty of other houses available in Pottsville which would be better suited to these events and I wouldn't want you to be disappointed.
