The spacious holiday home, built on a dream place in the typical landscape "Epirus" on the Ionian Sea, lies between olive and citrus trees and its location adapts perfectly to the surrounding area. The large living room is equipped with seating, satellite / TV, cupboards, fireplace; In the spacious dining and lounge room with integrated kitchen, all kitchen appliances and sufficient dishes are available (from garlic press to coffee machine). All rooms can be accessed through patio doors with mosquito and sun protection. The furniture is rustic, the floor is tiled. The large west-facing terrace with a wonderful sea view and sunset behind Corfu is equipped with wooden garden furniture. Sun beds are also available.

The house is located on a 3500 square meter fenced property with citrus, fruit and partly ancient olive trees in a quiet outskirts. The dirt roads between pasture land and olive groves are well suited for walks. The property is located on the outskirts of Faskomilia, a small town without tourists. A local Kafenio on the thoroughfare invites you to linger (open from 6:00 p.m.). Shops of all kinds are located in the port and fishing town of Plataria, 3 km away. There are also plenty of taverns, restaurants and cafes. There are a number of bathing bays in the vicinity and the mountains for hiking in the spring and autumn.
Faskomilia is located about 17 km from the port city of Igoumenitsa.
Arrival by car from Venice, Ancona or Bari by ferry to Igoumenitsa. By plane to Corfu, then by ferry to Igoumenitsa or flight to Preveza (approx. 70 km).
Worthwhile excursions are: DODONI with a well-preserved theater and oracle site, IOANNINA with a picturesque cityscape, lake and island village, stalactite cave from PERAMA (4 km from Ioannina), national park with VIKOS gorge (a "must" for hikers, uniquely beautiful) , the pretty ZAGORIA mountain villages, the picturesque harbor town of PARGA and not to forget the METEORA monasteries near Klambaka. Daily ferry connections from Igoumenitsa to Corfu town and excursions to the small but beautiful island of PAXOS and ANTIPAXOS, south of Corfu.
