Summary: Look, some of these properties are not as nice as others. Some "owners" choose not to maintain a high quality and as a guest you its the luck of the draw it would seem. We changed apartments the next morning after arriving after hours, due to the first apartment being dirty, grotty and without proper working air conditioners However the 2nd apartment was fine.
