The Space:

Downstairs:
Upon entry the home boasts a large open plan living spaces, dining and kitchen area perfect for entertaining and enjoying the outlook over the pool and backyard. With large open doors to the patio the space can really open up for a variety of outdoor and indoor living and dining options perfect for your morning coffee or afternoon wine and cheese. The main living room has a smart TV for the lazy days or to entertain the kids. There is a second living room that can be closed off and used as the 4th bedroom with a fold out sofa bed.
When you’re not at the beach, swim in the pool. Or whip up lunch and dinner with the help of the BBQ hot plate outside, or the pizza oven in the al-fresco area.

Located upstairs is the master suite and an additional 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home excluding the garage. There is space to park 2 cars on the driveway, plus free street parking available.
The Neighborhood:
Kawana is perched centrally near Kawana and close to the beach, Including Point Cartwright’s cliffs, grassy hills, and the main beach along Buddina, it is the perfect beach holiday destination. Select from popular local surfing destinations, swimming areas protected from the surf, or the main beach, all available in close proximity.
It is only a short drive (even just a short walk!) to the Kawana Shopping centre, with a vast array of dining options, retail shops and cinemas, including gold class and VMAX options.
Another ten minutes away is the Sunshine Plaza, and the Maroochydore precinct, with even more shopping, activities and dining choices.
Alternatively, you can use this as the central hub to explore the whole Sunshine Coast, as it sits centrally with Coolum and Noosa to the North, Caloundra down South, or venture inland to the Maleny/Montville Hinterland.
Getting Around:
It's ideal to have a car to get around the Sunshine Coast, nestled on the north side of Kawana Island, this home offers a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of city life with no public transport in close proximity. Having a car at your disposal is highly recommended or utilising Uber/Taxis, will allow you the freedom to explore the picturesque Sunshine Coast at your own pace.
Other Things to Note:
*Pet-friendly for dogs upon application - $100 pet fee applies. Please contact us for pre-approval before booking. Cats are not accepted. Please kindly clean up after your dog inside and out, and keep them off furniture and beds to maintain fresh linens for future guests. Failure to follow these rules will result in a $200 additional cleaning fee.
*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings*
*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)
*This home is in a residential complex with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
