*A $1000 security bond is required to be paid prior to check in which is fully refunded providing no damage or regulations are breached.

PENALTIES: If any damage is caused, smoking takes place or there is evidence of a party there will be a $500 penalty plus we will request the repair costs plus the extra cleaning costs. Please respect these rules.
