Additional rules
-This property has a minimum age limit of 25 and above to make a booking. The house has a strict NO PARTY policy. If you want to party all weekend this house is not for you. The neighbours will not tolerate it and you will be asked to leave. The home is for relaxing and enjoying the space, not partying til all hours.
-Only paying guests are allowed in the property. No more guests than total amount on the booking.
-Please treat and respect the house as if it were your own.
- Pets are strictly outside only
- Please keep noise levels to a minimum after 9pm.
- Do not spill drinks in the spa a fee will be charged if the water is contaminated
- No Schoolies Groups.
- No Hens or Bucks Groups.
- Before check out, all air conditioners must be turned off, all dishes must be washed, dried and put away, the BBQ must be cleaned, and all rubbish must be removed from the house.
Please note there is a security camera at the front of the house. This will only be looked at if there are any concerns or complaints.
