Negative: We waited almost an hour to get the keys from the agent. Then once we got inside, We had no towels. When I called the agent it took hours, we had to go out to dinner without showers. Not ideal after travelling that day and the heat. Then only 2 towels were delivered for 3 people. I called again the next day for more towels, they finally arrived the next night. No body wash or hair conditioner was provided. Only shampoo in both bathrooms Beautiful apartment in a great location with the most amazing view. Just a shame small but important details for our comfort were not there.

Summary: Overpriced considering the lack of towels and bath products
