Summary: Breakfast, bedroom and service was exceptionally good! However, I want thank Ms Kay Zin Moe for her great support - she finally got us on time to our NYE yacht trip, a time, where traffic is known to be vey busy. Indeed, she saved our NYE celebration. She is very friendly, customer oriented and tries her best to solve different issues. I would not be surprised if Ms Kay was rewarded for her outstanding working ethos!
