Summary: The staff was great. The property manager was very responsive to our questions and when we needed help. The housekeeping staff was excellent and did a great job. The location was fantastic. The view from our deck was absolutely beautiful. Great sunsets over St John every evening. I felt bad for how much we had to contact the property manager, but we had quite a few reoccurring issues. We had daily issues with one of the mini splits cooling the room. We had an ant issue and the ants got into our shoes at the door. We lost power due to a circuit break issue while we were trying to get ready to go out to dinner.Overall the location and staff were excellent. The accomodations need maintainence performed on its utilities.
