1.5 hours from Athens airport, a quiet and secluded farm house with pool, huge garden with flowers, fruit and olive trees. Two floors with four bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms. Private terraces with sea and mountain views. 5 minutes to local beach.
This is a wooden cottage, 222 sqm. Two large bedrooms upstairs, two connected bedrooms downstairs. All rooms have Air Conditioning except one. Full kitchen and kids friendly. There is wifi,no TV.
The house and area is fully immersed in nature with all the quirks. There is quiet, amazing views, plants and trees everywhere for a tranquil experience, shared with bugs and small animals, who sometimes sneak in if doors and windows left open without the screens. The water comes from a well, is tested regularly.
The house is right before a renovation, hence the promotional price.
There are four King/Queen/Double beds, a large couch for two people, and four high quality mattresses as singles. Cribs and baby baths, chairs, changing pads etc available.
