Only 2 minute walk to patrolled beach and 10 mins walk to Peregian Village with excellent dining, gourmet cafes and boutique shopping. 10 mins drive to Noosa Heads and Hasting Street. Close to Sunshine Coast and Brisbane airports (30 mins and 1.5 hours). Freshly renovated pool and undercover outdoor dining area including wood fired pizza oven. Peregian Beach is a small coastal village surrounded by national park but still close to the major towns of Noosa, Coolum and Maroochydore.
The house has 4 bedrooms, two with queen beds and two with singles with trundle beds underneath.
The house is ideally suited to families or those wishing to holiday with a pet. We can, on request, supply a high chair and porta cot as well as safety gates for the stairs. The yards is fully fenced with an electric gate so it is safe for children playing or pets.
The house is less than 200m to the bus stop which travels to all destinations on the Sunshine Coast. In the Easter and Christmas holidays there are free holidays buses. There is secure off street parking available at the house if you bring a car. It is very convinient to bike ride or walk to Peregian Village for shopping, dining or coffee
We supply linen for all the beds and a bath towel and beach towel for each guest. The kithen has everything you require if you wish to do some cooking including Nespresso compatible coffee machine and starter condiments. There is a full gas bottle for the BBQ and split timber for the wood fired pizza oven. We also provide a box of outdoor and beach toys for the kids as well as two bodyboards. If you have any other requests you can certainly let us know and we will see what we can arrange. The kids can enjoy the play house in the fully fenced garden.
Please be aware that we will pass on any additional cleaning costs. These may be incurred for leaving the house or yard in an unreasonable state, not cleaning the BBQ, not cleaning up after your pet or smoking on the premises.
This is a quiet neighbourhood and we expect our guests to respect that and not upset our neighbours by being excessively noisy i.e. playing loud music or having more people at the house than is allowed.

The front door of the house flows into the open plan kitchen and dining area with a large view window overlooking the pool and deck.
There are two bedrooms and the main bathroom on the lower level of the house with the master bedroom with ensuite and fourth bedroom on the upper level. Both upstairs bedrooms open out onto a new deck and enjoy beautiful blue ocean views and cooling breezes. There are fans in each bedroom.
