Our home has a central open plan kitchen and living room with plenty of space for a family to gather. Both indoor dining and outdoor dining settings are an option.
The master bedroom, with ensuite is off one side of the living room, with the remaining bedrooms, bathroom, laundry and office space in the opposite direction.
The real drawcard is the spacious 7000m² gardens which provide endless entertainment for children with a sandpit, bike paths, and plenty of space for hide-and-seek adventures. You’ll enjoy watching the wallabies everyday trimming the vast lawn overlooking Mt. Haren.
Plus, with a range of bush and rainforest walks just 5 to 30 minutes away, nature lovers will be in paradise.
Despite the peaceful seclusion, you’re only a 5-minute drive from the charming Kuranda village, where you can explore local markets, ride the Skyrail, hop on the heritage train, and marvel at the famous Barron Falls.
The higher elevation of Kuranda ensures a cooler climate compared to the coast and Cairns, making it an ideal retreat from the heat.
**Please note that we do not accept pets due to the daily presence of wallabies in our unfenced yard.
