Nestled in a quiet Neighbourhood called Buddina, just one street back from the beach to avoid traffic yet walking distance to the ocean.
Dogs are permitted off-leash at all times between beach access points 198 to 201 and also access points 210 to 217.
less than a 5min drive is Kawana shopping centre, which offers supermarket, cinemas, restaurants and cafes.
Other Things to Note:
There is construction taking place next door, you may or may not experience noise Monday to Saturday, 7am - 4pm. Our prices are reflective of any possible inconvenience and we will not issue any refund for disturbances.
Please note the home is located in a quiet residential area and out of respect for our neighbours, it is not suitable for parties. Failure will result in security call out charges and instant cancelation without refund will apply.
